Prescient Digital Media will be officially releasing their report on the Social Intranet Study at the Intranet Global Forum conference in NYC, Nov 9-10. The study examines social media use on corporate intranets, and the magnitude, use and popularity of social media by employees and executives. This is a great study with 45 pages of rich data beyond what I provided in this summary.

IBM Global CMO Study: Highlights

In IBM's  2011 IBM CMO Study  they interviewed more than 1,700 of the world’s most prominent Chief Marketing Officers – face to face – to find out what they feel is important for their success.  According to the IBM CMO Study, while 79 percent of CMOs expect high levels of complexity in their job over the next five years, only 48 percent feel prepared to deal with it.
