At a Long Island, NY Starbucks a contentious discussion took place between an employee and manager that appeared to one customer to be an incident of “ homophobia ”. That customer wrote a detailed open letter to Starbucks denouncing the incident and held Starbucks responsible for allowing such discrimination to go on in their stores.
