Facilitation resources updated

Viv Mcwaters

I’m updating my RESOURCES page. If you click on FACILITATION RESOURCES you will find a long list of processes, games, and activities that I use in my facilitation. About time too! You can find it just up there, on the menu – between About and Learn. The names help me remember them. Sometimes the same activity might be known by multiple names. I’ve also credited the source of the activity, where known. Let me know of any omissions.

The Future of Collaboration Lies in Human Resources AND Management’s Hands

Elsua

Indeed, Human Resources is right in the eye of the hurricane in terms of trying to figure out whether it stands, that is, whether it would want to continue sustaining a rather sick, corrupted and disturbing system of mismanaging resources commanded by senior management or whether it would finally want to transform itself into what it should have been in the first place: ( facilitating) Human Relationships.

Resources for Facilitators

Viv Mcwaters

Facilitators like me have traditionally drawn on processes, activities, and often the wisdom and experiences of other facilitators for inspiration when designing workshops. Today I had a completely different experience. I promised I’d develop a slide show for a group as a thought starter for a discussion. I identified the key messages, developed a rough story board and started to search for information and pics I could include.
