The New Zealand Dollar to United States Dollar is at or near it's all time high. Anyway, I can't figure out why products are becoming more expensive in New Zealand - such as the Apple iPhone 4. In the US, with AT&T, the Black iPhone 4 with 16GB is US$199 for a new customer. Today US$100 is equivalent to NZ$124.

Now it's time to head for New Zealand. time to enjoy Air New Zealand service from Heathrow to Hong Kong, then to Auckland, then to Christchurch. I have had a great two weeks in Europe (Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and the UK), but now, it's time to go home (a journey of about 34 hours door-to-door).

The first SharePoint Saturday in New Zealand was held in Christchurch this past weekend. I attended (and spoke), and took my 14-year old son too. He was the youngest by a long shot. I don't know the final attendance number, but it think it was in the range of 100-120 people. That was really cool. Great job all around.
