US Bank Dumps SharePoint for Lotus. US Bank is rolling out Lotus Quickr and Connections to its 58,000 employees, and removing SharePoint. More than 5,000 sites running Microsoft Sharepoint will be converted to Lotus, according to US Bank. US Bank will also upgrade all staff systems to Lotus Notes 8.5 - from a mishmash of older versions of Notes and Domino it had accumulated through acquisitions over the years.

I've seen people list tools that have been around for ages like instant messaging as being related to Enterprise 2.0. One could make an argument that in the late eighties and early nineties, Lotus Notes was the dominant ESSP. A partial list of points-to-ponder: Enterprise 2.0 is not a "market": A market should have some common definition along with identifiable boundaries that can be measured with metrics (many of which would be related to financial measures).
