For ClearPeople, this is another win with MacroView in the legal sector; a previous win was Kinstellar in Europe , with fairly short implementation time (6 weeks). The tool was MacroView DMF , and the partner was ClearPeople. The new product replaced a bespoke document management system that was showing its age. and impacting on fee-earner productivity. "

Lessons Learned from the Océ SharePoint Implementation

implementation and adoption experiences. However, it was recognized that the SharePoint implementation needed to be a combined IT and business effort to be successful. They did some reference site visits to other Dutch firms that had already implemented it. The main lessons learn was to not simply view the implementation as an IT effort, business users needed to be involved. Jan and Tom feel the implementation was successful because they proceeded slowly and carefully.
