Phase 3 involves deeper analysts of the information in order to write a research document. It's just an incredible amount of data to wade through and I don't want to reduce the value of the information by arbitrarily cutting it short (in terms of a single report). .

While enterprise IM has made headway, you still can't but wonder why there is so little excitement around that type of interaction model to improve communication, information sharing and collaboration? O f course, there are exceptions - IBM has demonstrated how IM can be used for large-scale jam sessions.
