I had the feeling we were investing too much energy in defining the goals and was worried that the team was not going in the right direction. Usually I can put my finger on what we need to do, but this time I did not know exactly where it had gone wrong. I decided to use our own " Beau the reflection chatbot ". Beau asked me a number of questions such as: " What did you do in this situation ?" " How did it work out? "

Unschooling myself: traces through time

Something I find amazing every time I experience it – how unschooling as an educational choice for the kids turns to be a personal learning trajectory for us, as parents. Over the years it made me face my worst fears and imperfections, to see and accept things as they are and to learn from that point. Last year was very much about uncovering all sorts of implicit things about my relations with people and groups, and choices I make between taking care of myself and the others.
