Furthermore, proactively connecting customers with other customers doesn’t do much for Newell Rubbermaid because customers don’t need deep references from other customers to make the decision to purchase or to use the product itself. To me that is, in many ways, the difference between using social media and using community operations. I think that makes a huge different on how you manage it, the tools you use, the content/programming, the policies, etc.
