Forrester on Using Social Computing To Boost IT Productivity

Portals and KM

Forrester’s Nigel Fenwick presents a nice twist to this view by offering research on how social computing can boost IT productivity. Ant's Eyeview Blog

You may need to use niche networks to find and connect with specific talent such as GitHub for developers, Forrester’s community for CIOs, or the StackExchange for User Experience professionals. We all know that finding the right employees for your company is key. You need to hire for culture fit, not just someone who can do the work. It’s resource-intensive to onboard a new employee.
