Change 11- massiveness and diversity. On reflection #fslt12 was a SmOOC – a small open online course. I suspect that just as the number of Massive Open Online Courses of the Stanford type will proliferate – at least in the short term – so too will SmOOCs.

For ClearPeople, this is another win with MacroView in the legal sector; a previous win was Kinstellar in Europe , with fairly short implementation time (6 weeks). With Clifford Chance also going the SharePoint route for its document management system, this is an industry ripe for change. UK Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has recently implemented a SharePoint-based document management system. The tool was MacroView DMF , and the partner was ClearPeople.
