Work Live Integration – 23 and 1/2 Hours

Elsua

Instead, a long while ago I have made the transition into what some people have been calling work life integration, where one of key words / concepts that has started making the rounds in the last few years, that is, flexibility, is gaining more and more importance and relevance as we move forward.

Technology Stewardship: App Integration Testing

Digital Habitats

My peers are discovering and using different approaches than I am and this sharing of draft strings helps us both see our own practice in new light, and enhance our repertoires by learning from each other. So I went searching for a white board or pinboard app that had Slack integration.

Activity Streams: Moving Beyond Event Aggregation

Collaborative Thinking

I'm also optimistic that the effort can be aligned and integrated into OpenSocial. Detail : The concept overall is compelling – activity streams allow applications to publish events that are captured by aggregators that serialize the items into a sequence of posts (listed in reverse chronological order, newest entry first). Aggregating events into a common stream enables people to easily subscribe (“follow”) a collective set of events from one or more publishers.

It's definitely the biggest event I've ever attended. There were a couple of analyst-only events that while I took notes, were not for blogging. IBM knows how to put on a large scale event. Of course, having a large event center and good staff has made that possible, but it did actually work. Notes and Domino, the traditional Lotus products, have had some focus at the event. I've been attending Lotusphere 2012 as an industry analysit this week in Orlando.
