Since there is not much room (15.000 characters) we have a relative narrow focus on small teams dealing with a clear, time-delinated project. They write about teams, networks and communities and hence have taken a much wider focus. and suggest that 'normal' teams could learn from it too. By the way, we know that virtual teams are real teams.

What I noticed is that quite a lot of them would like to choose a tool, get up to speed with it themselves and then train others. Role model your experience and practices with tools, but don’t present them as the only options. Encourage the fringies - the people who push the limits of a tool.
