Changing Minds Inside the Enterprise

There is a lot of talk about changing leadership styles in response to shift from tangible to intangibles assets becoming the most significant source of value to enterprises.  The social enterprise just makes this all more transparent.   In addition, McKinsey has shown that the lower the decision making in an organization, the higher the operating margin. All of this calls for new leadership models where top down authority is no longer the best operating model.

I have been attending KM World for some time, including the first three in the original venue in Santa Clara, then San Jose and now Washington DC for third year now.
