Community ROI Report

John Tropea - Delicious Community

Summary: Not surprisingly, discussion groups were the most popular online communityactivity, followed closely by blogs, support forums and social networks. It’s surprising that call avoidance and cost reduction ranked the lowest on the list, as these were points of value that have been articulated for years with regard to support discussion groups.
