Ant’s Eye View is a true “practitioner brand”, a company based on a team who have done real social media and customer engagement work inside big, complex companies. We’re even more proud to announce that Ant’s Eye View has hired Kira Wampler of Intuit social media marketing and community engagement fame to lead and build our Valley office.
Kira on LinkedIn 2009 was an amazing year for Ant’s Eye View. It’s hard to imagine that only 1 year ago, Dustin was starting as employee #1 and we only had 1 office.

was interviewed recently for a piece on using Linkedin for networking. The article was looking specifically at how pharmaceutical executives could benefit from the kind of networking opportunities that Linkedin can provide. Here is another study on the growing use of social media in marketing. In a survey, Social Media Marketing Industry Report , by Michael Stelzner with almost 700 responses an overwhelming majority (88%) of marketers say they are using some form of social media to market their business, though 72% of those using it say they have only been at it a few months or less. The Social Media Ecosystems research study was conducted by the Online Community Research Network in April of 2009. The study was created to provide insight about how organizations leverage external online community and social media sites to support their organizational goals.
We Participants represent many sectors and markets including: large software companies, large community and social media destination sites, niche community sites, manufacturers, We received approximately 60 completed surveys.
