Human contact leverages passion that sometimes gets lost online. came across very few and was slightly discouraged that the groups that mattered most weren't tapping into the valuable information generated by the conference.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Aid Information Challenge on Friday at the Word Bank. Build a community of developers interested in leveraging development data, similar to what Sunlight Labs has been able to do around open data for the US federal government.
It was a great discussion that brought together a mix of people from different disciplines interested in open data and transparency's capacity to make aid more effective. Thanks again to the World Bank for hosting, and to the Development Gateway for all they did to make it happen.

Perhaps this information also might describe how Cisco could possibly examine social graph connections as people-to-people connection requests traverse a network. Reading through the patent application itself , I wonder if this also proposal has applicability to Cisco Pulse (in an expanded view of what a search engine might be), given that the language also mentions a "webgraph". This gives the central bank leverage to affect total deposits by means of small operations. Samuel Brittan wrote this in 1999 , but it rings ever more true today.
