Ideally as a more or less structured learning experience (I’m starting from Cognitive Edge accreditation course , CPsquare foundations workshop and KM4Dev workshop ). don’t have a recipe here, but the things that work for me are much closer to FlyLady approach than to GTD , taking baby steps instead of sorting through everything before establishing new strategies and routines: While lots of people tend to focus on the positive side of finishing a PhD (which is, of course, a great achievement :) I feel more like the one who is just released from a prison.

The Burton Group launched a new service for commenting on collaborative strategy. Many of the initial contributors are Burton Group staff (or were, eg, Peter O'Kelly).
