Reports can be created in under 10 minutes and are provided as a spreadsheet and a radar chart. Results achieved by: Configuring a default query to draw case data from the primary workflow application Completing a statistical analysis of the Standard Value Network and Collaborative Value Network indicators, and then correlating them with operational performance measures (SLA met or not met) Identifying the combination of KPIs, patterns, and thresholds best suited for both understanding why cases failed to meet SLAs and predicting which specific cases would fail to meet their SLA in the

It’s a ‘no-place’ type of place where we can get together and play, and talk in an utterly open way about new ideas, our hopes and fears for the future – and, most importantly, how to make it happen. We were milling about at @LenKendall ’s @the3six5 meetup at The Ginger Man here at SXSW last night when Greg Christman, aka @reelspit , came over to say hello. Greg had recently taken part in a creative workshop we held at BBH NY to generate ideas and test thinking for the next phase of Metrotwin , a site we created and run for British Airways.

Immediately after the iPad’s reveal, the interweb rippled with an argument between two tribes, those that

I have a love hate relationship with wireframes. In the last 10 years they’ve been a part of every web project I’ve worked on. There have been times when I can’t imagine how we would have solved a particular problem without them. Yet there are also times when I’ve been completely exasperated at the amount of time and energy they’ve consumed, seemingly to very little reward.

Tom, the clue is in the title - the “future” of The New York Times. Having read Clay Shirky’s brilliant description of newspapers’ broken economic model only hours before this NYTimes talk, I’m pretty sensitive to the fact that the future is *not* about big display ads. And if you did If you wouldn’t find much at all about the future. That was the title of a talk at the SxSW Interactive Festival here in Austin, Texas, that a few of us went to yesterday afternoon.
We were all looking forward to it.

This week some required reading for the team at FreshNetworks has been this set of slides from John V Willshire at PHD Media , that he presented at the APA’s ‘Future of Advertising in One Afternoon’ conference.
The Future of Advertising, APA, 17/02/09
This is a great set of slides that look at how the changes in the media landscape are changing the role of advertising and creativity. And how the advertising industry should make the most of this opportunity.

Last week, I asked a diverse group of researchers to share their thoughts on the future of measurement. In other words, to paraphrase Diane Court (Ione Skye) in Say Anything: I’ve glimpsed our future, and all I can say is: Go Back. The researchers (names below) loosely have 1-3 common denominators across psychology, artificial intelligence, text analysis, social media, and/or advertising research and analytics. As witnessed in the visualization of our discussion (courtesy of Wordle), data was the currency of conversation.

In the recent past, you would remember I have been putting together a number of different blog posts on various video interviews that John Chambers , CEO of Cisco Systems , has been doing at several events where he has been sharing some further insights on the future of collaboration, knowledge sharing and, specially, Enterprise 2.0 Check out the YouTube video " Alan Cohen, Cisco VP Enterprise Solutions, on Enterprise Strategy " where you will see an interview with Alan Cohen himself, Vice President, Enterprise Marketing, that lasts for a bit over four minutes and which touches
