It’s taken a long time but since 1992 MirandaNet members have been learning how to communicate on line. Individual access and motivation to use computer-mediated communication In MirandaNet, this kind of learning has been observed since 2000, when the community had gained a mature capacity to use the listserv to enrich their professional learning. Now an e-mature community our discussions are becoming more and more sophisticated. We now have examples of interchange where members are creating new knowledge online.
