It’s not about knowledge sharing, it’s about engagment and context! Like Mark I will share this same excerpt: “There is a profound and dangerous autism in the way we describe knowledge management and e-learning. The Cisco experience suggests that even if you manage to do that, the object’s application to other contexts, its reusability, suffers. Over the past several weeks, two Cisco events generated a great deal of media coverage (refer to “In The News” below). For those that have not been paying close attention, for some time now Cisco has actively been playing a grand chess game.
