Our program relies on a 'pull' strategy to get participants to determine for themselves the things they need to work on to be better managers and leaders. Tuesday, Shawn sent a link for a YouTube clip of Tom Peters stressing how important it to to develop managers, especially first line managers, because of the enormous impact they have on performance and engagement of people.
