Think about it: Google has search to help you find shows, it has a video platform in the shape of YouTube, it has micro-payment infrastructure, and if it woke up and forgot about Buzz, it has social recommendation there too with Twitter. And there’s also Google’s main business: advertising.
Now imagine an Android powered TV, with Twitter I made bad choices for the first two time-slots at SXSW, so I had high hopes for the third, PayTV vs Internet – The Battle For Your TV , featuring Mark Cuban of HDNet and Avner Rosen of Boxee .

Not only would they have become increasingly irrelevant, what about all the $$$ they would’ve missed out on?
The television network : ABC makes millions by selling advertising during the show for $10 thousand per second. The Oscars tweets on Twitter were hopelessly out of date when I checked. Ben Lyons is the Official Oscar Backstage The Oscars are currently on TV. I’m not watching it – sorry Channel Nine – but I am flicking between the streaming webpage, tweets and other bits an bobs of sites.

Another week, another blog post on the subject of “why creative advertising folk need to embrace ‘technologists and their geeky ways’” once again ignites vigorous debate.

Despite all the major fuss about Twitter , now plastered all over our TV, radio and newspapers. So Made By Many , along with BBH Labs , put have put together a presentation that was first given today at BBH’s London office to a crowd of excited advertising folks.
